Sunday.
01. This picture is ridiculous. Hah! :)
02. Sorry I've been a terrible blogger. I have so much going on. I've been in a massive amount of pain because of my knee. I saw an orthopedic doctor who told me a few things: that my knee caps are slightly angled, that my knees are misaligned, that I have plica syndrome because of this, and a few other things. I also went to my first session of physical therapy on Friday – I now have to go three times a week for ~1 month or so.
03. I'll be getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed within the next two weeks. I'm seriously anxious/scared for that.
04. I picked up a copy of This Is Not A Book and it's fantastic! I love it!!
05. Blogging should resume to being a few posts a week again! Let's see how this goes <3

I Heart Wildfox
I can't deny the fact that I am totally and utterly infatuated with everything that Wildfox Couture does. With every new season I fall even more in love. I continually find myself unconsciously visiting and adoring their online shop, waiting for the day where I can own each and every miraculous item of clothing that they produce. A girl can dream, can't she? Who doesn't love their brilliantly adorable tees and fun and flirty dresses? The simplicity that seems so fun, and yet, elegant. It's all so perfect.
C’est l’amour ou juste Wildfox?

Elizabeth and James 2011
So as you can probably tell, I usually don't do full sized photos when it comes to posting collections, however this one is an obvious exception (look at these outfits)!
The first one is definitely my favorite out of the whole collection – there is nothing that I dislike about it. The pants and blouse look super comfy while still being ultra cute, those wedges are just all-around fantastic, and the purple hat adds a little touch of color that is totally needed in this all pale pink ensemble.
The second outfit reminds us that it's okay to wear socks with strappy wedges this season. This is a trend that has been a pretty big fashion faux pas in the past, but I actually find it quite appealing. Maybe it's just me(?)! Also seen is the skinny-belt-over-cardigan, which seems to be really popular lately.
Numéro trois is a sexy yet casual black and blue number. I'm loving the über long necklace that adds a little somethin'-somethin' to this other wise super simple outfit.
The last (but definitely not least) is a super girly and adorable skirt and sweater combo that is perfect for those sunny days spent shopping or heading to a café for lunch. All around a lovely choice.
Elizabeth and James definitely do not disappoint, that's for sure. Be sure to check out their whole collection, as all of the other pieces are just as awesome as the ones I've featured! Also, be sure to let me know what you think – I love hearing what you all have to say!
p.s. Sorry about the lack of blogging! Life gets a little crazy sometimes ;)

Minkpink Spring/Summer 2011
Now I don't know about you all, but I absolutely L-O-V-E this collection. It's vintage inspired – full of chic pieces and girly prints. I'm definitely a huge fan of all of the florals, bright whites, tans, and olive greens. All of the colors (while not everyday color combinations, especially with these florals) easily compliment each other making this line not only super cute but super soft on the eyes as well. Minkpink is wonderful and if you haven't heard of them before (they're Australian!), I definitely suggest you check them out. Plus, their video features one of my favorite bands Two Door Cinema Club ;) Couldn't possibly get any better!
You can find their clothes at Revolve Clothing or Asos!

Sunday inspiration: The Coveteur
The Coveteur is easily one of my biggest sources of inspiration when it comes to fashion. The website showcases big names in the industry (such as Katherine Power, Sylvana Ward Durrett, Tracy Taylor, etc) their personal tastes, influences, and much more. Full of amazing photography by Jake Rosenberg, not only is each post aesthetically and visually stimulating (and wonderful!) but it's also a great read. I definitely recommend that you check it out for yourselves. You won't be disappointed!

Christian Dior Fall 2011 RTW
I love Dior's fall 2011 RTW line for a multitude of reasons. The array of colors, the super-sexy-even-while-fully-covered look, and of course, the classic essence of femininity that never ceases to exist in any Dior collection. Fall seems to be all about the detail and drama with a little dash of romance; electric blues paired with deep magentas, pale pinks accented by light tans and baby blues. Leather and fur seem to be the accessories of choice -- while we do get to see a bit of suede, some sunglasses, and a few big hats. There really isn't a piece here that I don't absolutely adore but that's not at all surprising. This collection is absolutely charming and encompasses a little bit of everything that I enjoy. Whether you're super girly, casually chic, or a plain (but fashionable) Jane, there's something here for you to fall in love with.

Sunday inspiration: the *real* dauphine
Wildfox Couture - Vive La France from ny lon on Vimeo.
Oh, Marie Antoinette.
There are few things in this world that I really idolize. Marie Antoinette, however, is one of them. The history, her life, her relationships, her wardrobe. There are so many amazing things about her, that I could really never get bored of reading about her or learning about who she was. <3
She's such a huge fashion icon -- but there is no question why ;)

P.S. What does everyone think of the Wildfox Couture video!? Wonderful, right?

St. Patrick's Day.
1. I started running yesterday. I did ~4 miles yesterday (709 cal) and ~5 today (750 cal). I'm quite proud of myself considering I'm not much of a runner and have bad knees/legs. But hey, if you have a little bit of faith - anything can happen ;) I already eat pretty well and I figure if I keep going at this rate I'll be in bikini shape in no time at all!
2. I'm going out tonight with my love and some of my favorite people ever. Yaaaaay! Not sure exactly what we're doing but it doesn't really matter because I always have fun with them. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
3. I really need to start waking up earlier so I can shower and do some outfit posts. I've just been so busy lately that I get really tired and need a ridiculous amount of sleep (13+ hours). Hopefully I'll talk myself into doing one within the next 3 days. We shall see how it goes.
Happy St. Patty's Day everyone! Hope you all have an amazing night :)

p.s. I love my fedora. ;) $5 at H&M!

So you had to know this would happen sooner or later - you know - a post about Vivienne Westwood's Spring 2011 RTW collection. I'm super sad that I didn't get to see her exhibit at FIT, but it's all good. This collection alone is enough to keep me satisfied. Romantic. Elegant. Perfect.

Favorite bloggers. Oh yes.
I've been so busy this week (we're in the NYC/Brooklyn cat sitting for a friend), so I figured I'd do something a little different. I've been reading/following blogs like crazy but I totally want to feature some of my favorites.
Cintia of BerriesLoveBeauty is so adorable; I couldn't possibly talk more highly of her blog. She dresses in the cutest clothes and always has something awesome to say. Her pictures are awesome, and her taste in fashion is even better. Her latest post about her strawberry nails is one of the most awesome things I've seen in a while. Totally check her out.
Lauren Woodward. Brunette. Gorgeous. Down to earth. Her outfits are different than most of the people I follow but even so, hello fabulous! Featuring her Alexander Wang bag in tons of posts, she totally makes me want to drop $900 on a handbag.
Miss Maja Ravn is ridiculous (in the best way possible). Seriously. She's young, gorgeous, and has an amazing amazing amazing sense of style. Check out her blog and see for yourself -- she doesn't disappoint.
http://www.lusttforlife.com/ holds a bit of sentiment for me. I've been reading Olivia's blog for-freaking-ever, and I love it just as much as I did on the first day I found it. She's chic, classy, and has the best vintage pieces. She's made me fall in love with Spanish Moss and reminds me every day why I can't wait to move to California.
This is Sydney. Not only does she have fantastic taste in clothes, but she blogs about her life, her loves, and just about anything else she can think of. Her and her hubby are the cutest things ever (aside from Richard and I, of course ;) and I love reading about their adventures, life, and clothes. Check 'em outtttt!
I hope you love these as much as I do! I have so many more favorites, but these ladies deserved some honorable mentions this week! Which blogs do you read/love? Who do you think should be featured in weeks to come? Let me know!
As usual, click through! <3
It's summer, that calls for a wardrobe update - fancy any of these summer dresses anyone?
